Policies 

  • A non-refundable $35 deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments. 

  • We respectfully ask you to give us 24 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Updates, cancellations and reschedules without 24 hour notice will be billed $35

  • Please make it your priority to arrive on time for all appointments as appointment times are not flexible. While we do our utmost to accommodate clients that arrive late, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss their treatment time. We do appreciate clients may be late through no fault of their own, however we also have a duty to our other clients who keep to their appointment times.

  • Your groomer has been trained in how to deal with aggressive, fearful, sick and overly stressed pets. The groomer has the right to refuse grooming any pet that may be a threat to itself or any person. If for any reason your groomer decides to stop or not to proceed with the groom you will be charged a $50 trip fee.

  • For the pet(s) to properly respond to the groom it is essential that the pet(s) be alone with the groomer and clients will not assist during grooming session. 

  • I am aware that if my pet(s) does not respond to the groomer and remain still during the grooming procedure accidents can happen such as nicks from clippers or scissors or toenail trimmers.
